6 ENTREPRISE and SCHOOL reserve their respective rights to terminate their participation in the agreement by an official written notification within thirty (30) days before the termination effect. Both parties must implement all services agreed upon in the Work Immersion Program. The termination is subject to reciprocal agreement between the parties. THE school, its administrator and the teachers who exercise the authority and supervision of the secondary school student immersed in the partner`s premises may be held responsible for the student`s actions. Each party must be held accountable for losses and damages resulting from an accident, act or omission directly attributable to its fault or negligence, which may result in the death or bodily harm, bodily or bodily, of persons or property, due to the performance of the respective obligations of the parties under this agreement.
